The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) has released its Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the weeks ending Dec. 23, 2011 and Dec. 30, 2011, finding that mortgage apps for the week ending Dec. 30, 2011 decreased 3.7 percent from the week ending Dec. 16, 2011 (two weeks prior), according to data from the MBA.
